 GET GLOWING SKIN FROM WITHIN 

natural ways to get that  inside-out glow this year and nourshing senses

If you’re feeling sluggish or simply lose a little mojo at any point throughout your days, stick these tips and tricks , pop them on your fridge and make them your favourites to help you to get up and glow back out there!

BRING GREEN INSIDE

Our mental health and wellbeing has become an even bigger topic this year, and having foliage among the Feng-Shui can really lift our moods. Research shoes that  having a hefty number of house plants can lead to reduced stress levels and decreased susceptibility to fatigue and headaches – the dreamy aesthetics are just an added bonus! 

 

 GET GUT HAPPY 

Get a boost by eating fermented foods and investing thought into looking after your gut can do wonders for your skin, hair and physical and mental wellbeing. Gut-friendly foods tend to be mood-boosting. Why not try adding a little kimchi or other fermented vegetables  to your salad.

The simplest way to put your glow on show? Drink enough water! We should be drinking at least 6-8 glasses a day. Try adding a little lemon and ginger. 

STRESS LESS 

Gently does it. Here are some hacks to help you control stress and anxiety

Sometimes it may feel like uphill battle. When you gain awareness of what causes your symptoms,  you can manage your symptoms.

You may find some of these hacks work for you straight away and others may have no effect at all, most importantly is that you keep trying

MOVE AND GROOVE 

Whatever the weather, with enough layers and enough determination you can make it outside for a walk. Try making yourself a playlist of your favourite twenty songs to listen to on the way round, so all the endorphins from the exercise and a good bop will be bouncing around your body.

TREAT YOUR SELF TO A LITTLE CLAY MASK & SERUM

Taking the time to nourish your skin with a clay mask. focus on yourself put that sparkle back in your eyes, but your skin will be shining bright around them. Ad a little serum
